Fat Daddio's Anodized Aluminum Round Springform Cake Pan, 3" High
Projecting base is 2" more than the given diameter of pan, so the 6" diameter pan, for example (PSF-63), is 8" diameter at the base.
Fat Daddio's springform pans are designed for a lifetime of use. 18-gauge aluminum, with a commercial stainless steel latch and buckle. The bottom is elevated and wider than the pan, providing an ideal seal every time. Simply set the pan on the pedestal base bottom, latch, and bake. The anodized finish provides a superior baking surface that bakes evenly and cools faster, minimizing cracking.
