Lemongrass
It is a tropical herb grown for its stalks and leaves which have an aromatic lemon flavor. It contains citronellol. The plant has long linear leaves that reach 90 cm to 2 m long, with rough and sharp edges, a rather pale bluish -green. There are about fifty varieties of lemon grass.
