Use and care:
Hand wash recommended.
Rinse Slicer and julienne blade cartridge in warm water immediately after each use.
Store clean julienne blade cartridge in back of unit in "storage" slot closest to handle and align blade thickness lever to "0" when not in use. Attach Food Holder onto side Slicer rail close to handle.
The blade and teeth are extremely sharp to offer the best performance and may cause injury if not used properly.
